A Holistic approach to food safety and quality consulting
Cathy Morris has an extensive background in quality and has worked for a variety of companies including Bemis Co., Pepsi Co., and Church & Dwight Co. Inc. She been an active leader in high performance environments for many years. Her experience includes the oversight testing and inspections to meet FDA, USDA, ISO (FSSC 22000), and customer requirements, as well as, managing all Food Safety System programs (HACCP, GMPs, food defense, training, management review, mock recalls, sanitation). Cathy has worked extensively to support product development and management of product specifications.
She is a certified LSS Green Belt certified and has experience using Mini Tab software. Cathy’s has experience in BRC implementation for GFSI certification and has successfully written seven CER’s (Capital Expenditure Request) and is a certified lead internal auditor (ISO FSSC 22000). Cathy has participated in sustainability efforts including a water reduction project and has managed budgets and performed yield analysis on many projects/products. Cathy has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration & Biology from Heidelberg College.
